So, we got married and you probably weren’t invited. We’re sorry about that. Two years have since passed and it’s time to make good of our promise to throw a party. Here’s what you need to know.

We’ll open the doors on Saturday May 7 at 17.00 CET for pre-dinner mingle. Dinner is at 18.00.

The hotel is located right by the Central station for those arriving by train. Walking from Grand Hotell to Konserthuset – where the dinner and following party will take place – takes approximately 15 minutes. Just follow Drottninggatan and you can’t miss it. The hotel staff can also help provide transportation.

For out-of-towners we suggest Elite Grand Hotell where you will get a discounted rate using booking code ”SchollinEk”. To use the discount you send an email to info.gavle@elite.se or call the hotel at 026 - 400 73 00. Single rooms are 890 SEK, double are 1090 SEK. Cancellations will be accepted until the day of check-in. (You might find even cheaper rates online at elite.se, however they’ll be non-refundable).

We love them and so on, but you know, you should probably get a babysitter.

There will be discounted cocktails available for purchase after dinner, so bring your wallet.

You’re attendance is all we wish for. But if you insist, something for a future honeymoon would be highly appreciated.

We will be hosting a dinner on Friday night (May 6th) for those arriving early (or live in Gävle). Venue is yet to be determined. Let us know when you RSVP if you would want to join us on Friday night as well.

On Sunday morning around 9:00 (7:30 - 12:00) we'll be having breakfast at Elite Grand Hotell. The breakfast is included for hotel guests. For everyone else the price is 149 kr.
